Was dealt with by Michael who was very friendly and keen to discuss details. He had a few queries to sort out, which he did with the help of Richie his mentor. The things he queried would be classed as training!!

Richard Leggett the salesman has been great keept me up to date no pressure sale and hes been really patient while ive been waiting for my driving licence. I love the car and will def be reccomending lookers to others.

Pity that the vehicle couldn't be washed owing to "water unavailable". Such a shame that that this service omission had a slight impact on overall score given to the survey. The survey would have been 5 stars but the failure to valet resulted in a star being deducted.

I had to telephone the day after my visit to ask why my car had not been washed as promised, and also to query the wording on the Visual check sheet of 'Vehicle too dirty to inspect', The service manager returned my call and explained there was a problem with the valet company and apologised for that and that I should have been informed when I collected the car. I received a follow up call today and the young lady offered a voucher for a local car wash. I declined the offer but think in the circumstances a voucher should be sent regardless without asking the customer if they would like one I will leave that up to you to decide whether to send a voucher or not. I have been a Benfield/Renault/Lookers customer for a number of years. Normally the service is exxcellent but I was a bit disappointed this time. Thank you.

this is s mobility car so some options dont apply..but the service from all staff was excellent as usual
