The only issue I have is that whilst my car was in for work a broken part was identified and having agreed to have the work done no one told me the part was on back order until I chased the following day. I appreciate that I have been provided with a Hire car for the time that my car is with you however it's really not great that there is no indication at all of when the required part is due to arrive and this has meant I have had to cancel family holiday plans as the hire car (although big enough for everyday use) is not big enough to take the camping equipment we need to fit into it and the hire contract prohibits pets.

As a mobility customer it would be lovely not to have to struggle through the whole dealership to reach the service section, however that is just a personal comment. Everyone here is lovely!

Cleaning inside is not recommended to from me it’s hopeless seriously I am thinking of changing somewhere. I am not happy because my car was serviced in 2019 2020 and because of cov 19 car was serviced and not received cleaning I have no choice due that no water except it but this year 2021 it’s terrible for not doing the job properly it’s unexpectedly

Great service from start to finish and I must comment that the driver who collected and returned the car was excellent!
