I arrived very early for my appointment (because I had just had a very brief and very unsatisfactory visit to Lookers Volkswagen on Scotswood Road) and none of your sales staff were free. However, your receptionist made me very welcome and showed me were I could inspect the car I had come to see (a Renault Zoe). Based on that inspection, I have decided to go for a Zoe rather than the equivalent VW.
