Found the car cheaper elsewhere

The salesman wasn’t expecting us, we spent 15mins walking around the carpark looking for a car that wasn’t there so didn’t get the opportunity to test drive. He then said he would email me to rearrange a test drive but hasn’t.

Received no response.

I visited the dealership with the intention of buying a new car. I was interested in a couple of models but no one was interested. By this I mean, I waited around and looked for someone to engage with me but they didn't. I left to go to another dealership. I did enquire online and got a couple of emails from different members of staff. I also got a couple of missed calls. I didn't really feel valued as everything was generic. I was a bit disappointed as I'd hired a couple of Renault's and really liked them. I subsequently bought a different brand and am not as happy. I won't rule out Renault but might look at online or leasing next time.

Welcoming showroom, all staff very friendly. We had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours with Jack Mountford. I submitted an enquiry on your online for the following day and Gary & Jack responded and called back when they said they would. We’re back this weekend to finalise and order our new car!

Really proactive response to view a car of interest. Did not result in a sale, but no reflection on the sales staff. It was all about personal choice in the end. But recommend their service.
