As a business your service was exceptional. However, as a main dealer the fact that you under value your own product is unforgivable. The part-exchange value in my current vehicle was unrealistic. Plus you had a guaranteed further income from a reliable and proven Renault customer with a history of bringing business into Renault Retail franchises in pursuit of exemplar models.

Dan and Josh couldn’t be any better, RCI Finance are a joke and need to do more to allow customers to purchase their cars. Vehicles are becoming more expensive and without less strict access to finance products sales will drop. Dealer didn’t really get supported by Mobilize/RCI and lost a good sale to a good customer.
