Nicki who called was from the used car section, not the used van section and couldn't answer questions on towing capacity or model specification. Was going to find out and get back to me. She was polite and courteous. Had another call and I texted back to say waiting on a an answer from the lady I spoke to day before. Nicki did get back to me with a px price and a deal on a van.
