Ensured the car had been cleaned inside. Scott was very helpful and gave a lot of attention to detail, which we were happy with. We haven't given 5 stars though as when we collected the car, it did not seem to have been cleaned inside, and I ended up having to hoover and clean it myself, although we were told it had been valeted.
