I wasn’t provided the information I requested. I wanted to know about the history of a vehicle and it was never forthcoming. I appreciate dealerships are busy places and I recognise I’m at a disadvantage because I am not local to the dealership. However, I asked for basic information and it was never provided. Therefore I’m not prepared to consider reserving or buying a car whose history I have questions about. The lack of communication meant I never got the information I asked for and someone else who was able to go into the dealership purchased the car ahead of me. I won’t go back to Lookers Seat Stockport.

I had an appointment with Christie at 13:00 on Thursday 04 December with the view of changing m car. Due to the constant traffic holdups on St Mary's Way I left home earlier and had a look around before my appointment time to give me an idea. I spoke to a gentleman that I had an appointment with Christie which he rang her as she was in another building. He informed me that she was across the road and would be there in TEN minutes. At 13:00 no sign of Christie at 13:05 no sign at 13:10 no sign at 13:15 no sign at which time I left. Due to this Lookers in general have lost a sale.

I recently submitted an online enquiry regarding a used car you had in stock. I provided full details of my requirements, including information about my part exchange and the settlement figure, to help make the process as straightforward as possible. Following this, I received a call from one of your sales representatives. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The salesperson was a poor communicator and has left a negative impression. I was offered a video of the car, which I never received, and I also requested the figures to be emailed over — these were never sent. I felt the interaction lacked the professionalism and attention to detail I would expect. First impressions are important, and in this instance, the experience has affected my confidence in continuing the process with your dealership.

Needed a car that day as mine was being scrapped. The salesman was polite helpful and answered all my queries.

Staff are respectful and willing to help but the particular sales person (Najim) who attended to me is professional, customer friendly, patient, transparent and supportive. He is went out of her way to genuinely help and empower me to make informed decision without putting any pressure on me.

After difficulty getting through by phone, I was contacted and an appointment made with Mathew , who proved very helpful and helped us choose the correct car and price for us.
