Was checked in promptly and able to work remotely in the showroom. The works were completed quickly and had no issues.

They could have done better, but I discussed the issues I'd had with a sales manager, and at the end of the day I'm happy with my new car and happy with the response from Lookers. So I can't say "excellent", but not bad ...
