1 Lady on reception explained my Seat Ateca did not need a service until 20k miles. Infotainment displayed "oil service due" at 9k (Poor from Seat).2 Software update installed successfully - no charge (again poor from Seat that infotainment system kept on freezing on a brand new car).3 Washed the car - thank you.
