Staff were not interested in booking me in for a test drive after I said i was interested in PCP and Lease prices. The guy told me to go to a different dealership. After much argument I gave up and decided to go to a different car brand.

Purchased car second hand as nearly new. Noticed a judder/ noise when breaking, brought car into Stockport and was diagnosed with warped front discs. I questioned this as the car was only approx. 7 mouths old and had approx. 2200 miles on the clock. I was assured that discs were warped “must have been abused by previous owner”. Even with tyres like new with the excess rubber from manufacturing still present?Knowing my driving style and milage I would be putting on the car I decided this issue could wait until the scheduled “oil and inspection” service. You carried out these services, and I informed service tec. Reception that the car had been in and previously diagnosed, and to carry out the work previously diagnosed. These works were completed and I was charged for services and new brake discs and pads (front). On my journey home the judder was still there, just spent over £700 on service and brakes only to be no better off. Took the car back only to be told it was the rear brakes that needed to be replaced, on the inspection video taken by your technician it was clearly stated good for a further 7000 miles! Spent a further £180 to have rear brakes replaced. As you are the only service centre that has “serviced” my car you should be able to verify the main details, dates and mileages etc. Please note. I do not want my details used for other use except in relation to this complaint

First contact was good and friendly, the test drive was in a car that wan't to the spec I was told about, the second test drive in another car was good, full go thro' of offers and finance was done on site but was not sent to my email as promised even after a reminder so a lost sale there!

I had a prearrange appointment with Will to test drive car for 10am on Saturday morning, I arrived and there was no customer parking available all spaces were filled with SEAT cars presumably waiting to be sold. When we went into reception we let a lady know we were there to meet with Will for a test drive we were told he was busy with someone else and had another customer waiting in reception for him. Another sales man came to help but then said we had to wait as the car that I had booked to test drive had no petrol and he had to go out so put petrol in. I would get having to wait around and nothing be ready if I had just turned up without an appointment but it wasn't what I was expecting. I have since purchased a car from HPL and found the experience much more welcoming.

Good morning,I am complaining about the poor quality of this approved used vehicle and the poor quality of repairs to SEAT MP65 JKX.I purchased this car in January 2024 with two year warranty. The car had suspension problems from the outset (loud creaking) and I brought the car back for repairs to the suspension several times during the warranty period. The first was a few months after purchase and most recently you had my car for over a month in late 2025.The suspension creaking problem has not been resolved.I have now had this looked at by another garage and they state that the front suspension needs replacing at a cost of £1200.I believe that this vehicle was not sold in a satisfactory condition, particularly considering the ‘approved used’ quality standards expected from your company. I also believe that repairs have not been made to resolve the problem even though I have brought the car back for works several times. It is noted that the warranty is almost over, and I will now be complaining to SEAT directly and the motor ombudsman about this matter with more detail regarding the poor quality of this vehicle and repairs over the last two years.RegardsMr Lester

We made an appointment to come and test drive a car, ended up being passed to someone else even though we had made an appointment with somebody. We were then passed to another person (3rd person), never ended up test driving the car as they then told us they could not honour the price of the car despite us ringing the day before and being told the price was correct. We ended up being there for 2 hours and didn’t get much of what we actually came for, and for close to an hour and a half of that we were just sat waiting, far too long to just be sat in the dealership.

Sales team basically ignored us. Called in advance and still felt like we were begging to see help. Was going to buy a car but decided to go elsewhere

Good morning,I took our Seat Ateca into Stockport for a service on the 22nd of December.I had also asked the centre to investigate a fault with the parking sensors. They determined that one rear parking sensor was faulty and a replacement part was needed. The car was under warranty. I asked them to do this work. I was told they just have to sign it off with the warranty department and they would book it in with me. Nobody phoned me or emailed me to book it in so I phoned last Thursday. I was told that they would message the warranty department and ger back to me that day. Last Tuesday I phoned them up because I hadn’t received any contact from them. I was told that the advisor called Carl would get back to me later that day.. he didn’t get back to me later that day. So yesterday I phoned again. I was told the same thing, that they would email Carl and that he would get back to me, still I have heard nothing. But throughout this period my parking Sensor triggers every time a vehicle goes past and every time I reverse proving to be extremely distracting when I’m driving. I have mentioned this every time I’ve made contact. I realise that it is a difficult and busy time of year but I think this is beyond what is acceptable especially as we’ve paid specifically for an approved car with two years of warranty just so that there was piece of mind, should something like this happen.I would like a call back, a booking made and this fault fixed.Look forward to a timely response.Ben Clements
