I embarassingly overslept and missed my drop off time. With the next suitable slot being after my MoT expired (there was a reason I had booked the car in for its test weeks in advance...) they managed to accommodate taking the car in in the afternoon.Full marks and many thanks for being so accommodating!

The man who dealt with us, Miahd, was very friendly and helpful. On pickup of the car he took the time to show me how the controls worked and followed up with a telephone call the week after.
