Christie was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. No pressure to buy and no rubbish talked to persuade into a sale. The service at the dealership was excellent. However, I had purchased a service plan when I bought the car but it didn't show on your system. The person at the dealership sorted that out perfectly. Today I received an email from you just before the email with the survey reminding me that I needed to book a service. Sort your systems out because your people are great at what they do!
