Overall experience of the service was great. Couple of suggestions:WIFI - Given the increase of flexible working, more customers may choose to work from the dealership in a waiting appointment. Provision of a secured network (with password) would be useful as some company systems won't allow access from unsecured WiFI networksReturn of vehicle - vehicle was returned to me with the auto-handbrake disengaged and I wasn't made aware. When I got home and parked on a sloped drive it was a bit of a shock when the car moved when I took my foot off the brake. Luckily no damage was caused but others may not be as lucky! Either put things back as they were when dropped off or make the customer aware of changes in vehicle settings when handing back over.

Amazing service from start to finish.There was a 3 month wait on my new Arona but Jade Emerson kept me up to date with regular emails or phone calls.She was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Always polite and helpful, providing me with answers and relevant information when I had questions or queries.After care service is also great. I’m having a few issues with the Seat Connect app, this has been the only negative part of the whole process, but Jade is still there trying to help smooth out these issues. Hopefully they will be soon. 10/10. Well done Jade!
