Luke and Omar were fantastic from the start. Really made me feel welcome and no pressure to buy. Options were clear and no bs. Once ordered Omar throughout had great sense of humour and never appeared to busy to answer an queries. Very satisfied customer all around. Obviously there are huge supply issues currently to the UK and Lookers were open and honest throughout, there were no fake promises, just clear facts which managed my expectation throughout.

Jake was really lovely and took me through everything, he explained about financing and getting a service deal with it too. He was knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely return here to buy again.

Excellent service from Paul and Luke all the way through the process I was kept informed and updated. Paul set up the Seat connect app for me which is a great bit of kit. A nice touch was the General Manager Naomi popping out to thank me for my business. I was introduced to the service team all of whom seem very helpful and friendly. The parts manager Dave unsold me on a couple of items I didn’t think I needed until he told me about them!

My only issue was the cost of £99 charged to put a screw back on the drivers seat that had recently come out. I appreciate the seat had to be taken out and it was time costed but even so, I just felt it was high.
