Nobody asked if I was happy with my vehicle or asked if I was looking to change. Might be an idea in the future for more sales. Vehicle was not sanitised. I was not offered a service plan on my visit but I have received emails about them.

We were very happy with the service received from Christie in Lookers Seat. In then end we ordered a Skoda from the same Lookers dealer as the boot was a bit bigger.

My car was in an absolute mess when I dropped it off. The back seats were down and there was cycling and football gear everywhere. It was still cleaned to a brilliant standard and I apologise to whoever had to clean it. I will be dropping off a few beers next time I’m passing.

With the video It would be better if our mechanic could talk a bit slower. Had to listen to it a few times to understand what he was saying.
