the sales person Christie was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable regarding my new car and Seats, set the Seat Connect up which is useful. needed to call back regarding the connect on my phone which again Christie was able to down load everything to the phone (no data space on phone when I picked the car up not a Seat issue but my phone)Please pass on my thanks to your team at Seat Lookers especially Christie and Jenniregards Graham

The vehicle was in the workshop for the replacement of an engine management sensor - it being the second time this has had to be replaced; the vehicle has done only 20,000 miles.

The final overall charge for work done was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised it had not gone over the quote

Needed an update on my car so asked at the same time if I could have my dash cam hardwired. Excellent work.

The only thing I would like to see is the car to be cleaned after the service. A quick jet wash. I know other dealers have done this in the past.
