ANTHONY IS LOOKING INTO A DEAL FOR ME BUT HASN'T CALLED ME BACK YET

I was very impressed to receive a phone call to discuss the possibility of changing my car , due to second hand car prices being high at the moment . So I had an appointment to go to the dealership to discuss possibly changing my car. Where the Sales Exeutive explained about my car and second hand values and he got a quote for the value of my car and the monthly cost for PCP for a new car. Which turned out to be about £127 a month more than I pay at present . This being mainly due to the Interest rate charged on the new car . I felt if the Salesman had done this exercise before the meeting and contacted me beforehand , it would have saved us both time attending the meeting .

my car was not cleaned at this visit I did not expect them to do the inside but I thought they would do the out side. I am a motability customer and can not wash the car, though I do clean the inside as best as I can . My son in law took his car for an M.O..T (.not at Seat) and he got a full inside and out clean car back.

Paul Scalley was a pleasure to deal with - no pressure was ever put on me. He arranged test drive initially and then due to my previous purchase from Seat I was looked after by Paul and the management team to work within my finance budget and kept me as a loyal customer with a new car.

Jade had sorted me out with a test drive on a vehicle of choice. Her communication skills were excellent and provided me with updates on the vehicle.

Dealt with Christie Raynor and was very pleased with the whole process. Christie was knowledgeable and answered all questions clearly. She was helpful without being pushy. When we collected the car Christie completed all the paperwork efficiently and quickly and we were soon driving home. We received a phone call as promised a couple of days later to see how we were getting on. All continues to be good with the car. Christie is an asset to Lookers.

Could have saved me two hours of wasting my time if they had given me a valuation on my vehicle first.

It’s just a shame the GFV on the vehicles are very low. Otherwise if the model we wanted was with in our budget, we would have ordered one. Salesman and sales manager were very approachable and very informative. Keep up the good work 🙌🏻
