The actual fault with our vehicle was solved and the part replaced, however we had to return as a result of the work carried out another part was damaged and requires replacement, for which we are still awaiting the resolution of and the part to be ordered and supplied.

On time,service done correctly,guy's on desk on collection knowledgeable. A bit expensive and garage forecourt no proper parking for service customers. But head and shoulders above Stockport VW's poor performance in recent years.

Very good communication with the dealership The salesperson emailed quickly and explained the situation in detail. He was very helpful. I didn’t buy because there was no cash discount on the deal but had no problems with that as it is the dealerships policy.
