Dear Seat Stockport,I am writing to follow up on the service recently completed on my Seat Ibiza FR, which was in your shop from the 2nd of September and was picked up on Saturday morning. Overall, I appreciate the work done on the car.However, I was informed during our phone call that the car would receive a courtesy clean before my arrival to pick it up. Needed a car that day as mine was being scrapped. The salesman was polite helpful and answered all my queries.

Staff are respectful and willing to help but the particular sales person (Najim) who attended to me is professional, customer friendly, patient, transparent and supportive. He is went out of her way to genuinely help and empower me to make informed decision without putting any pressure on me.

After difficulty getting through by phone, I was contacted and an appointment made with Mathew , who proved very helpful and helped us choose the correct car and price for us.

Miahdul was very helpful and quick at responding to my emails. Thanks very much.
