Booking in online is fine but dealing with the call centre or online is just not as good as talking to your local team Suzanne is excellent. I am sad to hear that she is leaving

Reasonably easy to use It took around 5 hours for my minor service to be completed which was longer than I thought, but Jonathan very professional and a good look for Seat.
