Everything was excellent, just not 5 star cause got told needed to wait for free member of staff only 3 couples in there . But overall excellent, they missed out on a sale due to vw offering 1500 more for my part exchange. This time been cheeky lost them a sale as everywhere else offered 1000 more at lease.chisteen was excellent though 5 star very helpful.

I came in after talking to the call centre about an issue I had with my wing mirror glass. The service I was offered was excellent, greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I explained my issue which was promptly dealt with. The technician showed me the issue with the wing mirror, replaced it with no issues and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes, perfect.
