It enabled me to leave my car in a quick time without going through unnecessary questions. From the time I arrived up until the time I left with my vehicle, the service I received was exceptional. The gentleman I initially spoke to at the service desk was extremely pleasant, accommodating and answered any questions I had.

The appointment was arranged with Christie the sales executive by telephone call and email and on the day Christie went through all the paperwork that needed to be done very through and professionally. Christie showed me the vehicle and went through the specification as well as helping to set up the sat nav and other bits on the phone app.

The staff member who was helping us was absolutely amazing. I forgot to grab his name however he allowed me to see his car and enter inside as there wasn’t one actually available and he had the exact one I was interested in. I believe it was SEAT ATECA or ARONA. Nevertheless, he was incredible and provided us with a lot of information, he was extremely patient which made the visit very enjoyable.

Amazing service. Sammy was really good help and got me my car within days. Every transaction and document was smooth and reliable. Will definitely be coming back for Sammy when I want to part ex etc. 5 star for Sammy and his excellent service. The video he sent of the car was detailed and the car was as described.
