When I originally booked in MANY weeks ago, I had originally thought the booking was for later that same week. I only realised a day later when I hadn't received any confirmation that my booking was approximately FIVE weeks away. There seems to be a very long delay with confirmation of a booking. I actually had to phone Lookers to chase this. The call handler at Lookers was excellent, though and resolved the issue. On the day, the service from staff was excellent. Jonathan was really friendly and helpful with everything related to my car service. I'd also like to thank Susanne for the information she provided for someone that can provide detailing work on my vehicle.

I was kept informed how the car wa progressing. I was given a short video of the car before I picked it up. Christie spent a lot of time explaining where everything on the dashboard panel and helped us upload our phones to it. I was very impressed by the attention to detail.
