I was kept informed how the car wa progressing. I was given a short video of the car before I picked it up. Christie spent a lot of time explaining where everything on the dashboard panel and helped us upload our phones to it. I was very impressed by the attention to detail.

Easy to use Everything was efficient

Very simple to complete and easier than trying to get through on the phone to arrange Was told conflicting information by booking centre and was told would have a courtesy car however one wasn’t available when I arrived. Stockport sorted this and arranged for one of their drivers to drop me off at home. Thank you for sorting the lift home and sorting something out that wasn’t necessarily your fault. They went above and beyond to resolve the issues rather than accept a complaint like some places do.
