The staff were very helpful and they made sure the problem with my engine light was looked into properly before fixing it.

Great customer service, and clean environment. The salesperson was knowledgeable and explained the benefits well. However, the sale fell through as the car battery was not working and it meant I had to come back. I work during the week so it wasn't until the next weekend I had to return, by time I had time to online search and enquire about other dealers and found deals better suited for me with better prices. So this was all out of the sales reps' control.

Drove away with no parcel shelf in rear of car/told valeter’s don’t replace them regularly after the valet!! Also, it seemed once the sale had been made etc the customer care dropped off.ie. hard to get a response to a query afterwards.
