I didn't agree with the reason given for the rear heated window problem and not being fixed under warranty. The reason for not fixing was a bit lame.

Didn't actually visit dealership but Frazer sent me an amazing video presentation. Car not for me but comms were first class. Only build is that I specifically asked to be provided with service history details, did not happen
