From booking my vehicle in for its service to picking the car up , everything was excellant . I can't fault the experience.

The Cupra Born was a big disappointment to drive. The heated steering wheel had been left switched on, and it was very unintuitive to identify the button to turn it off. There was a lot of reflection from the dashboard in the windscreen. Hardly any regen braking available in “B” mode Rear view visibility reversing into a shaded space was non-existent. On the other hand, Jade the sales rep was professional, friendly, and helpful. Obviously very knowledgeable about the car and options available.

I embarassingly overslept and missed my drop off time. With the next suitable slot being after my MoT expired (there was a reason I had booked the car in for its test weeks in advance...) they managed to accommodate taking the car in in the afternoon. Full marks and many thanks for being so accommodating!
