Amazing helping staff .

i have always had a great relationship with my dealership. my car has been plagued with problems since i first got it and they have always been extremely helpful with me. i was a bit chocked to discover i had to pay for your insurance for my courtesy car. my car has been in the dealership over 20 times and i have never once been made to pay for this insurance on one of your courtesy cars. i feel if its a warranty job with something wrong with the vehicle, why should i have to pay when its the car thats at fault and the only reason im in there in the first place. many thanks
