All went extremely well. Your General Manager, Naomi and Sales Executive, Miahd, were very helpful guiding me through the paperwork and dealing with the DVLA minefields and technical controls etc. on the car "brilliant" All completed in one week. Enjoying my driving again, with for the first time in 60 years of driving an Automatic gear box. thank you Lookers. Ken Scott.

1 Lady on reception explained my Seat Ateca did not need a service until 20k miles. Infotainment displayed "oil service due" at 9k (Poor from Seat). 2 Software update installed successfully - no charge (again poor from Seat that infotainment system kept on freezing on a brand new car). 3 Washed the car - thank you.
