Not your normal pushy salesman! On the day of collecting our BMW M340i Suraj again went above and beyond with little extras, my wife loved the bouquet of flowers. Whilst waiting 11 months for delivery of my new car Matt Hill, head of business, covered all repairs needed to my existing car as it was out of Warranty at no expense to me & Nacia Woodvine added RAC breakdown cover. This provided complete assurance and was a great relief.I believe this is exceptional service and would recommend Lookers BMW Stafford to anyone thinking of buying a new BMW.

Staff were excellent once again - the query I had with my car was dealt with promptly by the service team. My only negative comment was the courtesy car was pretty dirty and had somewhat of a smoky/musty smell - not the end of the world as I appreciate the courtesy car being made available but for a main dealer network overall I'd probably expect slightly better on this front. Also as a suggestion it would be good if courtesy cars were passed over full and customer needed to return full or charged as I almost ran out of petrol on the way home and had to drive like a granny to make the petrol station nearby ;)
