Vehicle didn’t need service plan as still under warranty howevever the representative was very helpful and has been on every step of the wayThis is my second vehicle within a month and it is solely down to the amazing service that I have received from one personThe representative is a credit to the company going above and beyond. I would recommend that the dealer principle takes on board these comments and looks at every possible way that her example is followed by others. Maybe even a pay rise for all the hard work she puts in

Upon mentioning could they check the wheel sensor, problem quickly found and I was informed straight away. Part put on order for next day delivery and a Taxi was arranged to take me home. Next day, new wheel fitted and another Taxi sent to pick me up and take me back to the garage to collect my completed repair, service & MOT'd car.
