Avoided Stoke Lookers due to shocking service when purchasing my car. Stafford we’re fantastic. Kept me updated throughout the service and made it easy for me to fit in and collect around my job. Shocked that I could come and pick up at dinner time rather than the end of the day, super efficient! Thank you. Weren’t forceful with any advisory’s from the service either.Think it was Kelsey who served me in the morning and she was extremely personable. Didn’t catch the name of the lady during pick up but also very friendly and made it a speedy pick up to get back into work. Thank you.

I dealt with Adrian Widdett and he was an absolute pleasure. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, interested, kind to my kids. Ultimately I was unable to persuade my wife to purchase the vehicle, but Adrian could have done no more. I will certainly return in the future.

Initial enquiry wasn’t dealt with great, I booked a test drive and appointment via lookers BMW and had confirmation of such booking. On the morning of the appt I was emailed by Nacia Woodvine and told they hadn’t had a booking for me?!I called Nacia who wasnt helpful at all and was told I have to wait for another appt, and that I didn’t book with branch in Stafford - to a customer, lookers bmw stafford is lookers bmw stafford, I wasn’t to know I needed to call branch - overall poor customer service for the beginning!This was quickly corrected by Chris Cotter and I met Karl a few days later. Experience on the day was great by Karl.
