Overall the experience with Lookers BMW was an experience. Carlie was excellent from the start through to the purchase of my BMW 1 series, delivering detailed video link of car and car functionality, clear and concise information which piqued my interest even more. Once l arrived at the showroom, l was immediately put at ease and felt valued as a new customer by all staff including management. Carlie kept me updated on all aspects of the sale with good follow up communication. The only slight blip to the service was on picking up my vehicle, it seemed the sales executive or sales staff just seemed to be a little enthusiastic to get me out of the dealership too quickly. My keys were handed to me ok signed paperwork, indicated where car was and walked off. It would of been nice to ask if there was any questions or am l familiar with car features.
