Suraj was helpful and seemed interested and enthusiastic about the car. As we didn’t want finance that aspect of the sale was not discussed [which is why I have only given 3 stars].Not sure about Service Plan, unless this refers to the extended warranty which has been taken out for an additional 4 years.
