I am giving a 5 because the agent was great and she deserves a 5 but overall I'm afraid I don't trust the main dealers. Everyone is incented to make the customer spend more. My MOT report said it was "Urgent" to change my tyre because one edge had 2.9mm. The legal limit is 1.6 so having 1.3 to go before the limit is reached is not urgent.I was also quoted £330 for a new mirror glass for the wing mirror which is ludicrous.A service for my vehicle is around £300. It's electric so with no engine how do you justify that cost? You'll simply check it over much as you did for the MOT which only costs £55.

Carlie was brilliant from start to finish, and an asset to both Lookers and BMW.

Why do the all the seats get moved when servicing a vehicle? Annoying .....! Water in Head light after cleaning the car. won't allow it to be cleaned in future.Very expensive service with two tyres Over £1000 will move to another Manufacturer when I change car. Good cars poor dealership & high costs.

Please thank Karl for all his help in progressing this transaction, a super staff member. Very knowledgeable in the car I bought. And he followed up a couple of days after I drove the car away just to ensure all was good

Wash and vacuum still doesn’t seem to be done as the standard service like it used to be Pre covid - this extra service was one of the differentiators between a non OEM vs BMW.Parking at the dealership is difficultKacey was brilliant, helpful, and sorted my booing even though I turned up a week early ! 😂

I was asked if I’d like my car washed and hoovered which I accepted as I hadn’t had a chance to do it recently, however after picking up my vehicle this hadn’t been done.
