I cannot praise the effort, professionalism, helpfulness and customer management enough of Suraj Panisar who could not have done more to help me when I went into Lookers recently. Unknowingly it was an Event week-end when I went into reception to ask for a test drive of a car I was interested in but was told it would be 30-45 minutes as everyone was busy so I was preparing to leave disappointed, but Suraj overheard the conversation. Though he was busy with another customer, he organised another member of the support staff to sort out the documentation for the test drive; I did the test drive by which time Suraj was free to discuss the vehicle with me. He went right out of his way to help. Unfortunately due to a combination of events at home, when I went to purchase the vehicle a few days later, I had taken took too long to make a decision by which time the vehicle had been sold that very day. Suraj could not have done more to help me. I have never met Suraj before but if I see another vehicle at Lookers that fits my needs, then I will ask for Suraj to be the member of staff to help me.

Excellent customer service from Kacey at Stafford kept me informed every step of the way with my issues and concluded with an invoice that I was happy with and not expecting!

The car being "ready" was confusing on this visit. First we were told it was ready, but then it was "waiting for valet". When it actually was ready it hadn't been cleaned.Guessing this was due to the extra work being squeezed in, but "we won't have time to valet" would have been the correct comms.

Stafford BMW always very helpful especially Casey who I was speaking with.
