I haven't returned yet. I got a fault warning that the battery needed replacing in my key. When I got home the spare generated the same message. I remember I had this fault with my 5 series as well. The message appears to be time generated. As it was a 4-year service, why isn't the battery changed as part of that?

How your sales staff don’t approach a captive audience is beyond me. I have now been at the garage for over 5 hours working whilst waiting for my car (over 2 visits), and not one person has approached me to say, “don’t want to be pushy, can I get you a coffee, if you wanted to talk about any new car or test drive whilst you wait I’m just sat over there”. Can’t work it out - may be the car business is booming!!

Karl Garrod made us feel very welcome. He answered all questions in a polite, friendly and patient manner. He saw the process through with us from the beginning to the end and made it clear that he would be available to discuss any issues/answer any questions that arose in the future.
