Had a puncture. E Mailed service department. Agreed day, time to drive it in. Taxi home. Had video evidence of nil in tyre. Proceeded to do the work after receiving a competitive quote. All done taxi picked me up. Drove my car off service forecourt all done. Easy, simple, happy, job done and price. Thank you.
