I find it hard to express in words how fantastic and stress free my experience was at Lookers. I had come up to look at a car with my girlfriend and young son and from the moment we walked in the door the friendly and helpful staff when out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had the pleasure to deal with Jason Owen and he at no point pushed me into anything and listened to what I wanted and could afford. After everything was agreed he made the whole experience easy and all of the paperwork was sorted within a week. Unfortunately he had a days holiday when I went to pick the car up so I missed the chance to shake his hand and say thank you but he had left me in the capable hands of one of his colleagues. I will recommend everyone I know to this branch and I will definitely be going back there myself.
