Great service yet again from Stafford service team!

Once again the Service Department have delivered to me an Excellent experience with a prompt appointment, a video to show what was needed, then carried onto get the job done. BMW has provided a very good job of keeping me on the road safely with it not being that expensive either when compared to local garages. Peace of mind from the car manufacturer provides confidence to know that I am safe to travel. When waiting for works to be done a taxi home and picked up when ready or chill in the space provided to do work and take advantage of the various drinks available. Thank you.

Narcia was always extremely helpful ,she is a credit to lookers , the delays with delivery were frustrating but obviously out of your control but Narcia constantly updated me the best she good , she made the experience a pleasure

was given wrong information when booking and told completely different thing when got to the dealership. When booking was told it would be a simple check and reset of service indicator. Told by the dealership this was not the case and would need a full brake fluid service. Dealership helpful and understandable annoyed i had been given the wrong information
