Whoever cleaned it didn’t do a good job looked worse than before dropping it off otherwise had a good experience

Very prompt, comprehensive response to internet enquiry, personalised video and professional and courteous call with all information in follow-up email in ~4hours. Sourced chosen vehicle elsewhere, but that was entirely due to a wrong assumption on my part as to what would be the preferred colour!!!

The wash and vac valet after service was not great. The alloy wheels in particular looked liked they were not cleaned and also internally could have been better. It seemed rushed.

I was pleased with the overall experience, despite having to wait 14 months for delivery, the sales executive (Karl) kept me well informed of the various on/off cycles of production and issues with component supply/manufacturer options. His timely advice also helped me save £500 off my insurance amendment. I was also very pleased that the final invoice honoured the original quote from lookers BMW in May 2021.
