Great experience from the moment I was greeted at the service desk.The only negative thing I would say is that there seems to be no welcome at the main entrance. It’s OK if you know you need to go to the service desk, but I would probably expect somebody to be around the vicinity of the main entrance asking how they could help and directing you accordingly. I have only really been in first thing in the morning though, and so there probably is somebody in this role during normal working hours.
