When I book a service I want to speak to the dealer not a call centre. The call centre gave me false info causing me to cancel a service plan and incur at £30.00 cancellation fee.On the positive Ash Highland at the garage was excellent.

The approach where the service agent actually walks you out to your vehicle and chats through your next purchase or generally talks cars is a nice touch. The other noticeable thing was the principle came and said hello whilst I was waiting for my vehicle, offered me a coffee. The human interaction is returning post Covid which again is positive. Overall well done team, good job.👍
