Both the sales advisor and technician were excellent. when booking in my vehicle with Ash Highland he was more than happy to explain the process and answer any queries I had. We also discussed potential Optional extras I would like adding to the vehicle in the near future. I also had the opportunity of speaking to the technician on the day prior to the vehicle being worked on. Phil Parsonage was very knowledgeable and could articulate exactly what work would be carried out.

The dealership was helpful in finding a car build slot more quickly than rivals, and kept me informed (which another BMW dealership had failed to do). When there was a problem with collecting the vehicle (because of one part apparently being faulty), this was communicated well and the offer to deliver the vehicle and collect the one in part exchange made a big difference as I had planned to drive from London to Stafford on a particular day and couldn’t find another time to do this. The driver delivering the car was very friendly and professional
