I was sent a video - but it was somehow corrupted and didn't show me anything of the condition of the vehicle. That said, I received timely communication from Kirsty, my service advisor, so that I understood what was happening. Good service as always.

I'm always made to feel very welcome at BMW Stafford by Kacey in particular who goes the extra mile to make sure I feel looked after and valued. She takes the time to ensure whatever query I have is answered, and doesn't make me feel rushed or as though I am holding her up! Cars can be expensive things but I don't mind parting with money when I feel it's never assumed and that my custom is appreciated. Thank you BMW.

All the staff are very helpful and professional particularly Chris and Ewan. Chris went above and beyond to find me a car that I wanted and suited my needs. The deal ship have also been brilliant providing me with a loan car in the interim. I can not praise them enough.

Excellent communication from Jason Owen, kept to time scales and helped with transfer of Cherished Number.
