I was well looked after from the moment Rob arrived to rescue me, to the moment the friendly driver redelivered my car to home in Dorset. Kirsty Holmes was calming, professional and kind when I first arrived in the dealership - as was the lovely lady on reception who calmed my nerves by chatting - I had not realised how stressful the situation was until I had to continue my journey and your Team were amazing!
