Really need to offer customers a courtesy car, I was told by service my car was needed from 10am till 16:30 and had to negotiate with the garage to get it done sooner so I waited 3 hours which was no issue as they were very accommodating.

We were looking a 2 vehicles and was struggling with a decision however Chris Garner was very informative and help us to make the right decision.Chris made it effortless quick and easy and we test drove the vehicle on Monday and collected on WednesdayExcellent service

I had my car serviced at Knights BMW South Stafford. The service advisor, Andrea Green, was amazing sorting out what actual service I required and also arranging to update the Satnav to 2022. I had calls throughout to say how they were getting on.I have been dealing with Knights BMW for over 10 years and have always had great sevice.Highly recommended.

The dealer was very helpful with accommodating my delivery date when the car turned up too early for me to take delivery. The service overall from the sales team was excellent.
