Didn’t get any welcome or acknowledgment when we walked into the showroom.

On the 29 October 2025 my car went into Lookers Stafford for a service and MOT. On arrival the lady, having done the electronic checks stated that my back brakes needed a service in another 1000 miles and did I want them completed whilst it was in for a service or for the car to be booked in at a later stage. I agreed for all work to be completed on the 29th which they duly did and passed my car for its MOT. I was advised no further work was required on my car.Less than a week later my car advised me to take care driving and to get it into a garage for a service for its engine transmission and drivetrain. I rang Lookers Thursday 6.10.25 to enquire why my car was in need of a service when it had been in a few days before and I had been advised that everything was in order. The lady couldn't answer my question and kept saying - 3 times - " Lets book it in". I wanted to know why this fault had not been picked up and what was the cost of the work. She advised she didn't know the cost but would send the service department an email and they would contact me. I have received no call or email.Seeing that work required for the brakes was picked up prior to the work being needed to be completed, why wasn't the engine transmission work identified? And why has noone contacted me? As I advised your member of staff, I am really annoyed that I bought my car to you for its annual service and MOT and in less than a week it has a serious issue that needs addressing when the car was passed as all in order by your team.

When I was eventually contacted after me sending numerous email chasers I was very well looked after by Sharleene. She was very professional and in turn had a very professional sales manner.

I asked for a full report on service history, tyre condition etc. still waiting.

Mr Groves is not happy he has had to pay for types when he brought the vehicle and should have had approved BMW star Tyres . Also windscreen has scratches on passenger side screen and Autolights (high beam ass) - customer is happy to keep the vehicle if if Lookers sort out the issues with no extra cost to Mr Groves

> Good morning I’m writing to whom may concern, I brought a vehicle from use (a vehicle that I always wanted) now I’m not going to sit here and lie to use suraj who sold me the car was very helpful and everything all the way he literally helped with everything. Then 2-3 days of owning the car I realised it had alignment and balancing and a chipped windscreen issue I tried to contact suraj he said il speak to manager and get back to but he never did now this was for a good 2 weeks after that I had enough I spoke to Tony the manager he said take it to your newest bmw and send us a report which £150 and we’ll refund you I said ok no problem. Now after I got the report from bmw I was shocked that the car had more issues than expected leaking rear dif which was all corroded and leaking oil and thrust arm bush crowding and wear off. I passed it on to Tony he said he well only cover the balancing nothing else. But now I got the car booked in to pay £3,000 out of my pocket to get the car fixed. I took my car into Stafford BMW with a fault which meant the car was undrivable reg V60LCM I have compressive warranty cover. I have waited all day for a call but no call received. My wife contacted the branch at 4.30 to be told by Katie you’re not expecting to collect the vehicle today are you ! as the vehicle is booked in for two days! the lady dealing would contact us before she finished work at 5.30 it’s now 7 o’clock and no contact. We need an urgent update please as this vehicle is used daily.
