The sales team were very helpful, I paid a deposit to reserve a car, but after changing my mind they were very understanding and refunded my deposit within 48 hours.

Experience was great, from reception (particular mention to receptionist on Saturday who was on shift, was great) to sales team. Sadly it's a company car through lease company, but Stafford represented brand well
